Referral Bonus - Have classes for free!
Our business thrives on the referral and word of mouth promotion from our students. To show our appreciation we reward students for referring their friends, family, and coworkers. If you refer a new student and that person purchases an introductory private lesson, you get one free 1-hour private lesson*. There is no maximum number of referral bonuses. We love awarding them!
*The referral bonus is equal to one free private lesson.
*Referral bonuses do not include additional travel fees.
Our Policies
We understand that everyone has different schedules and needs and we strive to accommodate all students and will be as flexible as we can!
A. The minimum lesson length is one hour.
B. Each student is only allowed one 1 hour introductory private lesson for $40.
C. All payments must be completed before classes can be scheduled, and can be accepted either via cash or check.
D. Private lessons can always be rescheduled or canceled as long as an email is sent at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time (info@speakspanishindc.com).
E. Small Group Classes may be rescheduled as long as the group agrees and an email is sent to at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time. If you have to miss the class but the group still takes it, the full Small Group Lesson fee will still be charged.
F. Though you always have the ability to reschedule your private lesson (if an email is sent 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time), all payments are non-refundable. If an email is not received 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time and the student is not present for the lesson, it will be considered a “No Show” and the full price of the scheduled lesson will be forfeited.
G. If a student is considered a “No Show” for their introductory private lesson, they will forfeit the full introductory lesson fee and will not be granted another introductory discount. The next scheduled lesson will be invoiced at the full rate.
H. Purchased lesson must be scheduled and taken within four months for the “8 hours pack” or two months for the “4 hours pack” of the purchase date or the lesson will be forfeited.
I. If lessons are scheduled for a different location, travel fees may be added to the lesson fee in order to compensate time and travel expenses. Please contact info@speakspanishindc.com to learn more about travel fees.
J. Refund policy: Refund requests must be received seven days before the beginning of classes. Any refund requests made will include a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after that.
